This Workshop is Suitable for All Climbers

With over 20 years of experience and concrete feedback, this training is designed for both climbers seeking improvement and elite athletes. Whether you are just beginning your climbing journey or aiming for high-level performance, it is crafted to support you in your personal growth.

Its effectiveness is endorsed by renowned climbers such as Nina Williams, Chris Sharma, and Alex Honnold, all of whom have benefited from this unique approach.

Created by Arno Ilgner, the method is founded on excellence and supported by an elite team of 15 coaches worldwide. In this course, you will learn from Alma Esteban, the certified coach for France, who is ready to guide you in your development.

Many students enroll in our workshops because of the supportive and stimulating environment we offer—we never force you to fall or feel out of control. On the contrary, our approach is quite the opposite: you are in control of every step. We will guide you through the practice of falling in small, manageable steps, encouraging you to progress only when you feel ready.

This mental preparation training, based on the book The Rock Warrior’s Way, tackles the fear of falling and enhances commitment in climbing. The Warrior’s Way® teaches you how to focus your attention despite stress, allowing you to better manage doubts and improve commitment. This course develops skills by consciously practicing exercises in falling, resting, reflecting, and decision-making. Learning takes place in small steps, creating an appropriate progression for each participant. All the skills acquired during the course are applied on one or more challenging routes. Finally, this course provides a structured method to face risk with less fear and more focus.
