This immersive week-long climbing workshop is designed for climbers who want more than technical improvement. The Mind, Body & Spirit Workshop blends mental training, movement awareness, and intentional climbing to help you unlock deeper commitment, confidence, and presence on the rock.
Set in the world-class limestone of Siurana, this experience combines structured coaching with the joy of a true climbing trip: shared sessions, meaningful connections, rest, recovery, and time to fully absorb the climbing lifestyle.
Whether you want to overcome fear, push your limits with clarity, or simply climb with more freedom and intention, this workshop gives you the tools to do so—on the wall and beyond.
