What You Will Master
-
A Structured Methodology to Diminish Fear: You will learn to expand your comfort zone (not force it). Master a structured, step-by-step methodology to practice falling in a controlled, progressive environment. Rather than forcing yourself into high-anxiety situations or relying on raw willpower, you learn to process risk calmly so your nervous system stays receptive—allowing you to actually learn, retain control, and build authentic confidence on the rock.
-
Flow State on the Wall: Master attentional focus and energy management techniques to quiet the ego, stop over-thinking, and commit 100% to your movement.
-
Practice Falling with Proper Technique: Gain a tangible, step-by-step system for practicing falls across different outdoor terrains (steep overhangs, vertical rock, slab), complete with criteria for self-evaluation.
-
Advanced Dynamic Belaying & Soft Catches: Learn a precise process to give soft, comfortable catches to climbers of any weight differential—becoming the supportive partner everyone trusts on the other end of the rope.
-
Supportive Partner Coaching: Apply the Warrior’s Way framework to coach and support your partner effectively without triggering unnecessary stress or panic.
Suitable for All Grades
Mental friction affects climbers at every level. Whether you are leading 5c/6a and want to stop panicking above the bolt, or projecting 7a/8a and looking to eliminate that micro-second of hesitation at the crux—this methodology applies universally.
